If you’re not currently a RoboForm user, it’s more than likely you have a list of passwords stored elsewhere. Because the inconvenience of change can often be a deterrent to safe password storing habits, we’ve refocused our efforts on providing quick and easy import options. With the newly added RoboForm 8 import options, we’re confident switching to RoboForm’s secure storage can be done with total ease.

Q) Where can I find instructions on how to import my data into RoboForm
A) Instructions for the above listed options can be found here.
Q) Does importing require a paid RoboForm Everywhere subscription?
A) No. You can import your logins into RoboForm Free. Prior to importing, however, please ensure you’re using the latest version of RoboForm.
Q) What are the fields required for importing from a CSV?
A) The required field names are: Name, Url, Login, Pwd. Additional optional fields are: Note, Folder, Rf_fields (RF_fields is for RoboForm exported CSV’s)
Q) Why can’t I import all of my data within a CSV?
A) Currently only URLs, Logins, and passwords can be imported from a CSV file. We are working on adding the option of importing Safenotes and Identities.
